Wow. The video was funny, but the comments are frightening. Apparently though, it's the same way in the programming industry, so either way I'm fucked.

I almost cried I laughed so hard. This is true of web design as well.
Chris, at least in visual effects you can get an imdb listing. And you also might have the chance of working on something that will be watched for years to come. In programming and web your code/design might be thrown out in two months for something "sexier".
